02. Apostles' Creed |
|
I believe in God
the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus
Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was
crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell; the third
day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sits
at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty; from thence He shall
come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness
of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen. |

03. Profession of
Faith Nicene Creed |
|
We believe in
one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all
that is seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the
only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God,
Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, one in
Being with the Father. Through him all things were made. For us men
and for our salvation he came down from heaven: by the power of the
Holy Spirit he was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our
sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered, died, and
was buried. On the third day he rose again in fulfillment of the
Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand
of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and
the dead, and his kingdom will have no end. We believe in the Holy
Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father
and the Son. With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and
glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets. We believe in one
holy catholic and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for
the forgiveness of sins, We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come. Amen. |

04. The Our Father |
|
Our Father, who
art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name: Thy kingdom come: Thy will be
done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread:
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass
against us. And lead us not into temptation: but deliver us from
evil. Amen. |
 |
05. The Hail Mary |
|
Hail
Mary, full of grace; the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among
women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary,
Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our
death. Amen |
 |
06. Glory Be to the Father |
|
Glory be to the
Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the
beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen |
 |
07. The Fatima Prayer |
|
"O my Jesus,
forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all
souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Your Mercy".
Amen |
 |
08. The Hail, Holy Queen |
|
Hail, Holy
Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness and
our hope. To thee we cry, poor banished children of
Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and
weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then most
gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us,
And after this our exile, show unto us the blessed
Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement. O loving, O
sweet Virgin Mary. Pray for us, O holy Mother of God
That we may be made worthy of the promises of
Christ. Amen. |

09. Meditation Prayer
for the Rosary |
|
"O God whose only begotten Son has
purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, Grant that we beseech
Thee while meditating upon these mysteries of the Most Holy Rosary
of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may both imitate what they contain
and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ our Lord
Amen." |
 |
10.
Act of
Contrition |
|
O my God I am heartily sorry for
having offended you, and I detest all my sins because I fear the
loss of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because they
offend you my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I
firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to sin no more and to
avoid the near occasions of sin. Amen. |
 |
11. Prayer
For Healing |
|
Lord, look upon me with the eyes of your mercy, may your healing
hand rest upon me, may your life-giving powers flow into every cell
of my body and into the depths of my soul, cleansing, purifying,
restoring me to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom.
Amen |
 |
12. Prayer for the Sick |
|
Loving God, your Son accepted our sufferings to teach us the
virtue of patience in human illness. Hear our prayers for our
sick brothers and sisters. May all who suffer pain, illness,
disease, and the frailty of old age realize that they have been
chosen to be saints and know that they are joined to Christ in
his suffering for the salvation of the world. Amen. |
 |
13. Penitential Rite |
|
I confess to almighty God, and to you, my brothers and sisters,
that I have sinned through my own fault in my thoughts and in my
words, in what I have done, and in what I have failed to do; and
I ask blessed Mary, ever virgin, all the angels and saints, and
you, my brothers and sisters, to pray for me to the Lord our
God. Amen. |
